To be eligible, international applicants outside China must: be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China holding valid foreign passport and non-criminal certificate, in good physical and mental health; international applicants in China: no Three Illegals (illegal entry, illegal residence, illegal employment), voluntarily abide by Chinese laws and regulations, as well as the rules and regulations in CSUFT.
