Engr. Sheikh Korban Ali is from Bangladesh and has received good education since his childhood. In 2006, he was successfully admitted to Brac University, one of the best Universities in Bangladesh. After graduation, he successfully applied for the Chinese Government Scholarship and got the opportunity to study at Southwest Jiaotong University in Chengdu, China. After coming to China in 2010, has had deeply felt the rapid development of China, especially in the field of education, China is extremely inclusive, advanced, and global vision and mind; while studying in China, he has helped some friends to apply for the opportunity to study in China, but the power of a person is far enough to meet the needs of students worldwide, so in 2012, he founded MalishaEdu in Bangladesh. With the development of the company and the growth of business he has registered the company in Hong Kong ,then Guangzhou . Later, has establish employment service and business consulting service company (Easy Link); established the Belt & Road Chinese Center (BRCC) to promote Chinese language & Culture , and Malisha Foundation to contribute to the society.

Dr. Mollah Maruf, from Bangladesh, completed his foundation course at Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2011, completed his MBBS in 2012 from Sun Yat-sen University, and did oncology research. In 2023, he finished his MBA from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. Later, in 2023, he spent the leadership program at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and became a visiting Professor at Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, China 2023. During his study period, he was with Eng. Sheikh Korban Ali founded MalishaEdu together and has been appointed Managing Director of MalishaEdu.
