Accommodation Fee:

        The Cost of rooms for the International Students’ Dormitories varies depending on the type of room:

Single Room: 1200RMB/month/person (Scholarship PhD. Students, Self-supporting Students, Exchange Students)

Twin Room: 900RMB/month/person (Scholarship Master Students, Self-supporting Students, Exchange Students)

Double Room (Loft Bed with desk): 750RMB/month/person (Scholarship Preparatory Students, Bachelor Students, Self-supporting Students, Exchange Students)

Triple Room: 600RMB/month/person (Self-supporting Students, Exchange Students)

Quadruple Room: 450RMB/month/person (Self-supporting Students, Exchange Students)
 

Off-Campus

Apartment with 1-3 Rooms:800-1500RMB/M

 

Amenities:

The room is equipped with A/C, Internet, Private Bathroom, Card Telephone, Public Kitchen & Laundry room.

 

Dormitory Internet Service:

 The international students’ dormitory is equipped with free Wi-Fi service. Students can access the internet with their student numbers given during registration. Each month, students are given some free internet credits. Once completely used it, students will need to buy an internet package from China Mobile, China Unicom, or China Telecom for extra credit to browse the school’s network.

 

Dormitory Regulations: 

 

 Noice Making:

    1. To provide each student with a quiet learning environment, the college pays special attention to noise control management in the dormitory. Students are not allowed to hold dances and private parties or any kind of parties in the dorm. Loud music which results in disturbing others is prohibited.

 

    2. Penalties for Students who Violates the Dormitory Management Regulations

     3. Noise complaints specific measures:

(1)All students once found making unnecessary noise in the dormitory  (including the surrounding areas of the dormitory) can be reported immediately to the security personnel found on the first floor of dormitory management staff.

(2)Students who are reported for noise making will be warned by the dormitory.

(3)If the student does not listen to the security personnel and continues making noise, the student will be reported to the international student staff and will be punished by the above provisions for curbing noise in the dorm and its environs.


 

Noise Prohibition Time: Day: 12: 00 am --- 2:30 pm;

Night: 11: 30 pm ----- 8:00 am

2.Transcripts
3.Study plan written in Chinese or English that contains more than 1000 characters or words.
4.Digital photo
5.Colored scanned copy of the passport
6.Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors (for Master and Ph.D candidates)
7 .Ph.D and CCNU Scholarship students must provide a notarized copy ofa passport and the certificate of work or income.

8.Chinese Government Scholarship applicants should provide Foreigner Physical Examnation Form and non-crinimal record (the results are validonly for 6 months).

9. Age requirement: for Bachelor, age under 25; for Master, age under 35;for Ph.D, age under 45
